AUDIO-VISUAL NEEDS:

34. Please list the audio-visual support you will need to do your session, indicating for each whether you will bring your own or need the equipment provided for you. To keep conference fees as reasonable as possible, there may be a charge for some equipment. We will advise all presenters what equipment we can provide free of charge and what equipment will be provided with a charge to the presenter at least 60 days prior to the start of the conference.










SESSION PERMISSIONS:

35. If selected as a session presenter, I agree to provide a copy of my presentation, handouts, and other resource materials to ACA on or before January 16, 2010 so they may be available at the conference and for use by ACA prior to, during, and following the conference.
