Join a select group of your ACA colleagues at the renowned Culinary Center in Austin-based Whole Foods Market flagship store for an evening of creative cooking and eating that you will never forget. Under the expert direction of Culinary Center Director/Chef Jamie Powell and her associates, the group will enjoy a fun evening of seeing great ingredients, from Whole Foods legendary cornucopia of organic produce and meats and gourmet specialty items from across the globe, creatively combined, cooked and presented as an exquisite gourmet meal. All the while, instructors and participants will share their experiences and insights about cooking as  a creative act.

The cost per seat is $55 and seating is limited. This is a remarkable value. You will receive a multi-course gourmet meal, with wine, along with an unparalleled creative learning experience guided by top chefs.

Note: This event is being held at the Culinary Center, located at 525 N. Lamar, approximately 9.7 miles from the Conference site, approximately 20 minutes by car. Registrants will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the event, though the Conference will assist in facilitating ride-sharing.
