We are thrilled to accept your proposal to present at the 2006 American Creativity Association International Conference, March 22 – 24, 2005.

Conference Registration and Lodging Arrangements: Please register for the ACA Conference at the Special discounted Presenter Rate of $500 and make your hotel arrangements. Both can be done online by clicking here or via a link you will find on your acknowledgement after submitting the information requested here.

If you have any questions about these, please e-mail Barry Silverberg at barry@amcreativityassoc.org. By completing the registration process you are confirming that you will be a presenter.

Conference Conditions: Please submit the following information stating your agreement to be a Conference presenter, your acceptance of Conference conditions, your willingness to submit your Conference presentation to the Conference planners NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 15, 2005.

Conference Proceedings: Since it is the intent of the ACA Conference and Publications Committees to possibly record and then publish the Conference proceedings (in audio and written formats) in a timely fashion, we ask your agreement to be recorded and to allow the ACA to sell or use the recorded contents for the benefit of the ACA.

Also as a Conference presenter there are several additional opportunities open to you:

  • Sales at Conference Store: You may have any books, CDs or other resources which you have produced sold at our Conference Store and through our Conference Store website. The Conference Store will accept a supply of your resources on consignment, sending you 60% of the sale proceeds, minus any return shipping costs, within 30 days after the Conference is completed.. Instructions on shipping your resources to the Conference will be sent you once you confirm your interest in selling your resources there.
  • As soon as possible, do send a complimentary copy of your resource(s) to us so that it may be listed on the Conference site and used to foster sales via the website. That copy will then become part of the Anne Durrum Robinson Special Collection of the Center for Community-Based & Nonprofit Organizations at Austin Community College. Send your book(s) to: Barry Silverberg, ACA, c/o ACC CCBNO, 5930 Middle Fiskville Rd, Austin, TX 78752.
  • Participant Preparation Prior to Conference: If you have articles or other information or media which would benefit Conference participants if they read or viewed prior to your presentation, please send an electronic copy, their URL or their citation to barry@amcreativityassoc.org. They will be posted on the Conference site and linked to your session description.

Lastly, we appreciate any efforts you engage in to promote the 2006 ACA International Conference. The GREATER the number of participants, the BETTER the Conference for all of us.
