Mary Ellyn Vicksta spent the last 24 years at Kimberly-Clark
in the areas of Product Development, Marketing Research,
and Creativity/Creative Problem Solving. She facilitates
almost daily and provides training in various aspects of
innovation, with highly engaging courses in understanding
creativity and enhancing associated facilitation skills.
Mary Ellyn serves as an internal consultant to the various
facilitators and project teams within Kimberly Clark providing
advice on innovation, creativity, and team formation.

and then the group will use the tools on a real issue utilizing
