Mary Ellyn Vicksta spent the last 24 years at Kimberly-Clark in the areas of Product Development, Marketing Research, and Creativity/Creative Problem Solving.  She facilitates almost daily and provides training in various aspects of innovation, with highly engaging courses in understanding creativity and enhancing associated facilitation skills.
