Transformational Thinking in the Workplace: Creative
Leadership
Can you as a leader: Nurture and support your team to reach
their full creative potential?
Work to the strengths of team members? Change your environment
to encourage innovation? Share leadership? Make a difference
as a leader?
Creative leadership encourages individuals to challenge
the status quo, offer alternate viewpoints, raise questions
and dare courageous honesty. Creative leadership dictates
that the best individuals for the job take charge in their
area of expertise. It also guards the creative spirit.
Work collaboratively to solve a common leadership
challenge using creative problem solving tools and process,
improvisation and music to reach transformational thinking.
Participants will discover how to:
- Use their head and heart to tap into the abilities and
spirit of each of their team members who will be encouraged
to reach their full creative potential, resulting in increased
innovation.
- Create an environment that encourages creativity.
- Leverage their strengths and strategize their limitations
to enhance their own leadership performance.
- Address personnel challenges, in a way that ignites
rather than extinguishes the creative spirit.
- Improve efficiency, productivity, problem solving skills,
boost morale, and creatively lead as a better ways of
doing business.
All levels will find of interest and useful
Experiential/ Hands-On
