AUDIO-VISUAL NEEDS:

30. Please list the audio-visual support you will need to do your session, indicating for each whether you will bring your own or require the equipment to be provided for you. To keep Conference fees as reasonable as possible, there may be a charge for some equipment; so please note whether you could adapt your presentation if that equipment is not available. We will advise all presenters what equipment we can provide free of charge and for which there will be a charge at least 60 days prior to the start of the Conference. At that point, the presenter will be responsible for paying for any equipment charges.
